Quality Assurance Officer ​

​

IMP Baprol Sp. z o.o., a rapidly growing company in the Polish market, specializing in supporting the import of products for clinical trials into the European Union, is seeking candidates for the position of Quality Assurance Officer.

​

Responsibilities include working in a clinical trial product warehouse in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, including but not limited to:
•            Issuing and reviewing approved documents to support day to day operations

•            Communication with Operations staff and QPs regarding quality matters

•            Communication with clients and IMP staff regarding project quality matters

•            Problem solving to assist team members in identifying and eliminating problems

•            Performing quality checks on goods received, clinical trial labels and finished packs

•            Supporting site QPs when hosting audits and visits

•            Generation of reports and quality documents

•            Secure control of hard copy and electronic documents

 

The nature of the role of QA Officer requires consistent exemplary behaviour from the job holder in relation to all aspects of Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance. While full technical training will be provided, this is seen to be a position where the right person can train and grow into the role in a small but expanding company. There is a probation period of 6 months for this role at IMP Baprol.  The role demands high standards of attention to detail and the desire to see tasks through to completion.

Key skills/attributes required include:

• Attention to detail with good organisational skills and an ability to multi-task

• Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• A willingness to learn coupled with enthusiasm for the role  

• Pharmaceutical or equivalent education
• Communicative level of English
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Conscientiousness and accuracy in task execution
